What’s Included in a Home Inspection
A home inspection is a visual evaluation of the home’s major systems and components.
During the inspection, I examine the roof, attic, foundation, exterior, plumbing, electrical system, HVAC equipment, insulation, windows, doors, and built-in appliances.
If I find a safety concern, a major defect, or an item nearing the end of its service life, I’ll point it out and explain what it means in plain English.
My goal is to help you understand the condition of the home so you can make an informed decision.
Thermal Imaging Included at No Additional Cost
What is Thermal Imaging
Every home inspection includes a thermal imaging scan.
This technology helps identify hidden moisture, insulation gaps, and overheating electrical components that may not be visible during a standard inspection.
It’s one more way I provide a more thorough inspection and help uncover issues that could otherwise go unnoticed.
Clear Reports Delivered by the End of the Inspection
Your inspection report is organized, easy to understand, and includes photos with straightforward explanations.
In most cases, your report is delivered by the end of the inspection so you have the information you need while you’re still within your option period.

One appointment. One inspector. One clear report.
Local Knowledge You Can Count On
Homes along the Gulf Coast have their own personality.
One neighborhood may have a history of foundation movement. Another deals with chronic moisture issues because of our humidity. And after a strong storm season, I often see roof damage that looks minor from the ground but tells a different story up close.
Having lived in this area most of my life and inspected homes throughout Harris, Galveston, and Brazoria Counties, I understand the issues that tend to show up in homes around here. That local experience helps me focus on the areas that matter most and give you practical information you can use.
